One workflow per statement of work: pipelines, dashboards, crawlers, document and content generators. Built with autonomy gates: manual, then assisted, then autonomous. Production writes stay human-approved. Ends with the workflow in production plus a runbook.

Enablement — team training · $1,500 half day · $2,500 full day

"How we work with AI agents" session · skills and context-pack upkeep · AI workspace setup on the platform you already chose. Ends with the team self-sufficient on daily use.

3 · Run — choose when the Build SOW is signed; switch later

You own all code, data and services we create for you from day one and can use them right away. We hold the accounts in custody and transfer admin control whenever you ask, once invoices are settled.
